While our normal lead times tend to be 2-3 business days, we have shown the consistent ability to provide same-day quotes and even same-day material turnaround times in the event of a rush order.

Repackaging

Repackaging Capabilities
Our flexibility in package sizes from pre-weigh batch inclusion bags to bulk trucks, with weights from 1 gram to 40,000 pounds, offers you nearly limitless options for having materials packaged in the quantities and packaging that conform to your processes and your customer’s process. We can also help with batch-to-batch consistency, with weight accuracy capability to the tenth of a gram.

Screening

Chemical Screening Capabilities
From one cut to five cuts, powders to formed materials, we are ready to screen out your fines or contaminants. Let us know what screen sizes you need and if we do not have the necessary screen or screens in stock, we can have them ready for the next business day.

Blending

Chemical Blending Capabilities
Whether you need a dry homogeneous mix or a liquid dispersion, NBN Powder Packaging has the tools and experience to get the job done. We currently have large volume blending capabilities, which we plan to grow even further.

Warehousing

Warehousing Capabilities
Our Plant 1 Site has approximately 45,000 square feet of warehouse space designated for our customers. If we package or process your materials, we will hold your incoming or outgoing materials for a reasonable time at no charge. If you would just like to use our warehousing space, we can do that too.

Bulk Truck Unloading/loading

Bulk Truck Capabilities
Our silo is ready to be loaded or unloaded with your one truckload rush opportunity or large multiyear campaign. NBN Powder Packaging has the ability to package from bulk truck to any package and vice versa to save you on logistics costs.

Repalletizing and Relabeling

Repalletizing and Relabeling Capabilities
Whether you need to add or swap a label, material packaging was damaged in transit, change to a different type or size of pallet, or add some stretch wrap, NBN Powder Packaging has you covered. We can also provide the pallets and labels if necessary.

Deagglomeration

Deagglomeration Capabilities
From bulk bag quantities to small pre-weighs, we have a process for turning hard, clumpy, or completely solid material back into a free-flowing powder. We even have capabilities of breaking up materials while maintaining the current packaging.

Sieve Testing
